COMPARISONS
Several form builders will sign a BAA, usually only on higher plans. As of October 2026, Jotform offers HIPAA features on Gold or Enterprise plans, Typeform provides a BAA on Enterprise or Growth Custom plans, Google Forms is covered under a Google Workspace BAA, Wix covers new Wix Forms once PHI protection is on, and the Aspire Builder Pro HIPAA plan includes intake forms that save to your CRM.
A note on fairness: we make Aspire Builder Pro, so read our own entry with that in mind. Every vendor detail below comes from that vendor's own published pages, linked at the end.
