For customers on the HIPAA plan, protected health information is handled under a signed Business Associate Agreement, not under this policy.

Account and billing information. When you subscribe, we collect the details needed to create and manage your account. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
