Terms of Service

Aspire Builder Pro is operated by LCDesign Company (LCDesign LLC), based in Las Vegas, Nevada. By using aspirebuilderpro.com or subscribing to the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Aspire Builder Pro is an all-in-one website, CRM, booking, forms, payments, email and automation platform for health and wellness businesses. It is a white-labeled platform built on HighLevel infrastructure.

We may add, change or remove features over time. We will try to give notice of changes that materially reduce the service.

The Standard plan and the HIPAA plan are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. There is no long-term contract.

Some features are billed by usage, including text messages, phone calls, email sending and AI features. Usage rates are shown in your account and are charged in addition to your monthly plan.

Payment processing is handled by our payment processor. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you notice before the new price applies to your subscription.

You agree not to use Aspire Builder Pro to:

You own the content and data you put into the platform, including your contacts. You give us permission to host and process it so that we can provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the information you collect, upload and send, including consent from the people you contact.

You are responsible for following the laws and carrier rules that apply to your email, text messages and calls, including consent, opt-out and registration requirements. We may suspend messaging that appears to violate these rules.

The Standard plan is not designed for protected health information. Do not store or send protected health information on the Standard plan.

The HIPAA plan includes a signed Business Associate Agreement, which governs how protected health information is handled. If these terms and the Business Associate Agreement conflict about protected health information, the Business Associate Agreement controls.

Using the HIPAA plan does not by itself make your practice compliant. You remain responsible for your own HIPAA obligations, including your policies, staff training, account setup and how you use the tools. See our HIPAA Compliance page for details.

The platform works with services provided by others, such as payment processors, calendar providers, phone carriers and social networks. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

We and our licensors own the platform, the website and their content, including the Aspire Builder Pro name and logo. These terms do not give you ownership of any of them. You may use the platform only as these terms allow.

Information on our website, including information about HIPAA, is general information. It is not legal, compliance, medical or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional about your own situation.

The platform and website are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not guarantee any particular business result, such as search rankings, leads or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs that arise from your content, your messages to your contacts, or your violation of these terms or the law.

You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk for us or other customers.

Please export any data you want to keep before you cancel. After cancellation, your data may be deleted in line with our retention practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the Last updated date at the top of this page. If you keep using the platform after an update, the updated terms apply.
